Mr. Ray has handled hundreds of civil matters, including administrative law
hearings, writs and appeals, civil lawsuits, and more than 1,500 criminal matters, from serious felonies to misdemeanors; Mr. Ray has appeared in more than 40 southern California courts and before various administrative law courts. Mr. Ray has been counsel to a variety of licensed professionals from such varied occupations as medicine, nursing,
insurance sales, real estate sales, therapy, car sales, accountancy,
engineering, elder care and auto repair.
Administrative / Criminal Hybrid Cases Many of our clients have criminal cases with licensing implications, or license law cases arising from criminal matters. We work in criminal courts to achieve results beneficial in licensing matters - such as early termination of probation, termination of probation supervision, reduction of felonies to misdemeanors, or expungement of prior convictions.
