Not every case involving narcotic medications, illicit drugs or excessive alcohol is a chemical dependency case.  However, if you have an admitted problem and want to resolve your licensing case in a rehabilitation framework, or if drugs or alcohol have become such a destructive force in your life that the problem must be confronted, we have in-depth experience in providing legal guidance for such issues and pointing the way for accessing proven rehabilitation strategies. 

We do not judge or criticize.  We are here to help.  The disease of addiction is a widespread affliction that touches every level of society and every profession.  We guide our clients in seeking the most effective chemical dependency treatment in the context of licensing agency expectations, to save licenses and lives.  We respect the dignity and privacy of our clients, so matters are handled in a confidential and compassionate manner. 

There are as many approaches to substance abuse cases as there are clients.  Each case is unique.  Our goal is to find a solution that satisfies, to the extent possible, both the rehabilitation demands of the licensing agency while being both manageable and constructive for the client.  We work with sponsors and local AA meetings, as well as nationally famous treatment centers such as the Betty Ford Clinic.
